Our client, a growing insurance firm with their corporate office in midtown NY, is looking for a person to lead the Salesforce team. This role leads the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce capabilities with a focus on scalable Salesforce architecture, customer data integrity, and seamless integration with core operational systems. The position requires a technically strong, hands-on Salesforce development lead who can shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure robust data governance and platform reliability across large-scale programs.
- 7+ years Experience with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry
- Experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong skills in customer master data management across Salesforce or integrated platforms
- Hands-on technical skills in Salesforce development and integration technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II and/or Architect-level) strongly preferred
