Senior Scheduler

A well-established commercial builder in the Chicago area is looking for a Senior Scheduler to own the project schedules that keep its teams on track. You'll work closely with project managers and superintendents from preconstruction through closeout, turning plans into schedules people actually use.

What You'll Do

• Build, update and maintain detailed CPM schedules for commercial projects from precon through closeout
• Work with project managers, superintendents and trade partners to gather input and set realistic sequencing
• Track progress, flag delays early and help teams build recovery plans
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-aheads and reports for owners and leadership
• Support time impact analyses and change order reviews
• Help set scheduling standards and mentor junior team members

What You Bring

• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor, owner or consultant
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 (Microsoft Project a plus)
• Solid understanding of commercial construction sequencing and contracts
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with field and office teams
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is a plus

• Pay range: $105,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience
