Senior Scheduler

A well-established general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Senior Scheduler to build and manage schedules for commercial and industrial projects. You'll be the go-to resource for planning, tracking and keeping projects on time.

What You'll Do

• Build baseline schedules from preconstruction through closeout
• Update and analyze schedules with project teams each month
• Run look-aheads, delay analysis and recovery plans
• Prepare schedule reports for owners and leadership
• Train project teams on scheduling best practices

What You Bring

• 6+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor
• Expert in Primavera P6 (MS Project a plus)
• Experience with commercial, industrial or healthcare projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication with field and office teams

What We Offer

• Pay range: $100,000–$135,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
