The Senior Scheduler plays a crucial role in the project team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction projects. This position serves as a senior-level expert in scheduling methodologies and tools, providing valuable insights and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. This position is fully onsite. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies. + Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling purposes. + Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate risks. + Implement best practices for schedule optimization, resource leveling, and critical path analysis. + Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. + Provide regular reports on project schedule performance, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. + Mentor and train junior schedulers on scheduling techniques and software usage. Skills & Qualifications: + Education: 4-yr Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering + Experience: + Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in a senior or lead role. + 7+ years combined experience in scheduling, construction, engineering, etc. + Project Engineering and / or field experience is a plus. + Skills: + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address scheduling conflicts effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in scheduling tasks and resources. + Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency with computer apps, including Microsoft Office Suite + Proficiency in key software packages used in scheduling & construction management, including Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Smartsheet, Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, etc. + Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, & trade practices Reports to: + The Senior Scheduler reports to the Schedule Lead, Schedule Manager, or another designated manager within the project management team About Us Build What Matters.
