Position Overview:
- The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, productivity, and workplace technology solutions.
- The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments.
- Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
- Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to use agile metrics
- Agile experience
- Experience with agile delivery tools
- Scrum Master experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a product-oriented Agile environment
- Experience with AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives
- Experience with cross-functional technology teams
- Scrum/Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
Pay Rate: $75.00-$87.00/Hour
