Senior SEC Accountant | High-Growth Healthcare Company | Dallas, TX (Hybrid)Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 | CPA Required | No SEC Experience Needed – Training ProvidedSchedule: In office Monday through Thursday; remote on Fridays and during the week of close.We placed one of their accountants in this same role earlier this year, and she has already been promoted to Technical Accounting Manager. The team is eager to bring on another motivated, hands‑on professional who enjoys learning, collaborating, and making an impact.Why This Opportunity Stands Out Growth mode: Over $2 billion in revenue and continuing to expand through acquisition, creating strong career advancement opportunities.Flexible hybrid schedule: Work from home every Friday and a full week remote during month‑end close.Great culture: A tenured, supportive accounting team led by a highly respected leader who values initiative and teamwork.Career development: The company will train you on SEC reporting if you have a strong public accounting foundation and technical skills.Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, and Proxy statements.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements under U.S. GAAP and SEC standards.Prepare supporting schedules, stock‑based compensation entries, and variance analysis.Perform and document SOX controls and maintain tie‑out binders for filings.Partner with cross‑functional teams on ad‑hoc accounting and reporting projects.Qualifications At least 3 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.Self‑starter with a positive attitude who enjoys taking initiative and learning quickly.Prior SEC experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.If you're interested in learning more, please apply or contact me directly at rob.parker@snifinancial.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
