About You: We are looking for a Senior Security Installation Technician for the installation, programming, wire pulling and commissioning of new commercial security systems installations. Upon starting with LVC Companies, you will be required to be a member of IBEW 640.

Essential Functions:
- The installation, programming, and commissioning of new commercial installations.
- Understanding of and ability to perform all aspects of the project from beginning to end.
- Lead a crew of up to10 technicians
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Attend weekly GC meetings
- Submit weekly project updates
- Wire panels, program, and troubleshoot of CCTV and Access Control systems
- Cut in door strikes, install mag locks, door operators, and security devices
- Upon starting with LVC Companies, you will be required to be a member of IBEW 640.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturer certifications in Lenel and/or Softwarehouse and Brivo.
- BICSI certification is highly desired
- Experience with and ability to cut in door strikes, install mag locks, door operators and security devices
- Strong understanding and ability to program cameras and security system panels
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Lenel or Softwarehouse, as well as other CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Knowledge of wire and installation hardware used with various security systems
- Experience reading, understanding and following industry and project specifications and drawings
- Experience in meeting all installation deadlines and demonstrate efficient use of manpower
- Ability to successfully communicate with customers and project team members
- Correctly complete and maintain all paperwork
- Full compliance with company's and customer's safety programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
