The agency delivers AI-powered performance marketing across e-commerce, subscription, and B2B SaaS brands, with dedicated capabilities in Generative Engine Optimization (AI search), Reddit marketing, and AI-driven media management for both enterprise and growth-stage clients.

Short Description: We are looking for an SEO Strategist to own SEO strategy for a portfolio of large and enterprise-sized clients, with a clear focus on driving leads and revenue, not just traffic or rankings. This role blends technical SEO, AI Search and GEO strategy, and CRO/CRM input, while serving as the primary SEO point of contact across your accounts. You will lead client status calls, report on results, and partner closely with the sales team on audits, pitches, and strategy materials.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Responsibilities:

• Assess and formulate SEO strategies for large to enterprise clients, tying your work directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes rather than traffic or ranking gains alone.

• Lead comprehensive technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, and link building, while overseeing your client portfolio as the primary point of contact.

• Develop and apply AI Search and GEO strategies, along with organic Reddit and YouTube optimization, to expand visibility beyond traditional search.

• Analyze behavioral data to inform on-site CRO and CRM messaging strategies that generate incremental performance gains.

• Host client status calls, track and report on campaign results, and stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates.

• Partner with the sales team on audits, custom strategy development, and pitch materials, while contributing to team processes and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of SEO agency experience with a track record you can quantify in terms of leads or revenue generated, not just traffic or ranking improvements.

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals.

• Active, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day SEO workflow.

• Working familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms such as Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading client relationships.
