Senior ServiceNow APM / CMDB Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow APM / CMDB Analyst to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
This role will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to improve application governance, strengthen CMDB data quality, and establish a trusted enterprise system of record supporting strategic technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise Application Portfolio Management (APM) within ServiceNow
- Support CMDB strategy and enterprise data governance initiatives
- Develop and manage application lifecycle processes
- Improve application inventory accuracy and data quality
- Configure and maintain APM and CMDB relationships
- Support ServiceNow integrations and automated data ingestion
- Build dashboards and executive reporting for portfolio health
- Define KPIs supporting governance and operational excellence
- Partner with application owners across multiple business units
- Support cybersecurity, compliance, and audit initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
- Assist with application rationalization and modernization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Experience supporting CMDB administration and governance
- Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience with ITOM concepts
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices
- Experience improving data quality and governance
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
- Application lifecycle management experience
- Portfolio rationalization experience
- Executive reporting and dashboard development
- Experience supporting governance boards or architecture review committees
