• Must have led initiatives, will definitely be more of a Team Lead type resource

• Need to be able to mentor the junior members of the team and keep them on track with assignments, etc
  <\/li>
• The biggest difference between this position and the regular ServiceNow Developer will be the amount of their experience and if they have led teams before
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Key Required Skills:<\/b>
  <\/span>Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.<\/span><\/p>

  Position Description:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer. 
    <\/div><\/li>

    • Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal. 
      <\/li>
    • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
      <\/li>
    • Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements. 
      <\/li>
    • Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

      Skills Requirements:<\/b><\/span>

      FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications<\/i>)<\/b><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ instead of a degree
        <\/div><\/li>

        • 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
          <\/li><\/ul>
