We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively within Agile teams. Must have a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered.
Required Experience Include
- Expert-level ServiceNow engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering similar scope projects, strong troubleshooting/solutioning skills, and technical documentation abilities
- Experience configuring tools that provide end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace), including integration of virtualized applications and application streaming/layering techniques
- Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective, including technical understanding of the relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains
- Understanding of security-related requirements in secure environments, with familiarity in Agile methodologies and the ability to accurately decompose tasks into Jira stories
- Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo, Microsoft Project, and/or Tableau.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 10+ year experience using ServiceNow
- Must have an TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
- Possess ServiceNow Certification
- Must have Security+ CE Certification
Compensation & Benefits Highlights
- Target Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
