This is pretty Urgent and Critical Requirement
Responsibilities:Software asset management (SAM) configuration• Works with the customer's CIO team on SAM features, such as SAM Workspace and License Management, to identify priority capabilities.
• Delivers the Phase 1 entitlement plan for 24 in-scope products, the entitlement load, and a governance SOP for onboarding new software.
• Supports the SAM playbook covering the onboarding of new software products.
Discovery, integration and data• Maps data from the customer's source systems and APIs, and confirms the source data is accurate enough to calculate compliance position and optimize usage.
• Integrates the in-scope products, including seven Microsoft products, 10 Adobe products, five custom SaaS publishers, and two SaaS products with ServiceNow-provided onnectors.
• Works from the install feed schedule and software-listing dependencies that the customer provides.
• Uses the integration path for each product, such as REST APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth, or Azure AD, as listed in the change order
