We are searching for a Sr. SME to support an AWS GovCloud platform in the Cloud Architecture and Administration team. The candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of supporting AWS platform. Candidate should have advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS Code family, GitLab). The successful candidate is self -motivated, has strong analytical skills, possesses the ability to learn quickly and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. Infrastructure & Automation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)<\/span><\/b>  - Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for declarative infrastructure management<\/span><\/span>

• CI/CD Pipeline Architecture<\/span><\/b>  - Designing and maintaining deployment pipelines using CodePipeline and GitLab CI<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• GitOps Practices<\/span><\/b>  - Implementing git -based workflows for infrastructure and configuration management<\/span><\/span>

  AWS Organization & Governance<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Multi -Account Strategy<\/span><\/b>  - Managing AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and account vending processes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Service Control Policies (SCPs)<\/span><\/b>  - Implementing guardrails and organizational policies<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Cross -Account Networking<\/span><\/b>  - Transit Gateway, VPC peering, PrivateLink, and hub -spoke architectures<\/span><\/span>

    Container & Orchestration Platforms<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • EKS/ECS Management<\/span><\/b>  - Building and operating container orchestration platforms with add -ons, service mesh, and cluster lifecycle management<\/span><\/span>

    • Container Security<\/span><\/b>  - Image scanning, admission controllers, pod security policies/standards<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Security & Compliance (GovCloud -specific)<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Compliance Automation<\/span><\/b>  - AWS Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty integration and automated remediation<\/span><\/span>

      • Zero Trust Architecture<\/span><\/b>  - Implementing identity -based networking and least privilege access patterns<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Encryption & Key Management<\/span><\/b>  - KMS, CloudHSM, and encryption -at -rest/in -transit strategies<\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          •At least seven years of experience in specified technical field, or four years of recent, demonstrated experience with specified emerging technology and four years of experience in a closely related technical field<\/span>
          <\/p>

          •Requires eight years of analytical experience<\/span>
          <\/p>

          •BA/BS or MA/MS in computer science, information systems, mathematics, relevant field, or equivalent experience required <\/span>
          <\/p>

          •Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive -level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives.<\/span>
          <\/p>

          •Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.<\/span>
          <\/p>

          •Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.<\/span>
          <\/p>
