Job Description

Salary is 130k to 190k + bonus
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering and business intelligence solutions using Snowflake, advanced SQL, and Power BI to support Treasury and Finance reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, dimensional models, and financial data marts, integrating information from multiple source systems into reliable, production-ready data solutions.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and DAX calculations to support financial reporting and key Treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash positioning, funding, intraday liquidity, reconciliations, and bank statements.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, define business rules, establish source-to-target mappings, and translate reporting needs into technical specifications.
  • Improve Snowflake query performance, data processing efficiency, and scalability while troubleshooting data discrepancies across source systems, transformation pipelines, and downstream reporting applications.
  • Implement data quality checks, reconciliation processes, validation rules, and financial control totals to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
  • Maintain data models, lineage documentation, transformation logic, and technical specifications while adhering to enterprise data governance, security, access management, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, code reviews, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support, while communicating progress, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
