Job Title: Senior Snowflake Data Engineer (dbt & Data Quality)
Location: San Antonio TX (Local Only)

Pay Range: $48-50/Hour on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)

Position Summary:
Design, build, and operate Snowflake + dbt pipelines that produce datasets and feeds for downstream consumers.
Own data quality, freshness, and lineage for critical tables; implement tests and monitoring that protect rating accuracy.
Hands on in building Data quality or similar framework within the data pipleine using DBT is mandatory. DQ controls should include uniqueness, row count, duplicates, threshold checks, typelist checks and others.
Orchestrate batch and near-real-time jobs with Control-M; manage deployments through GitLab CI/CD.
Build and use VS Code Copilot skills (prompt files + MCP) for pipeline generation, test creation, troubleshooting, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.
Partner with business and stakeholders to translate Data quality requirements into reliable data products.
Set engineering standards for the program (modeling, testing, documentation, GitLab workflow) and mentor engineers on Copilot skill development and use."
