Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Adobe AEM Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement robust AEM solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Optimize AEM applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Adobe AEM Development, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Familiarity with AEM development tools such as CRXDE, Maven, and Git.
Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
Experience in integrating AEM with third party systems and APIs.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of front end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of AEM applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Adobe AEM.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
