    Job Description

    Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) Engineering team builds and operates services and infrastructure that improve the return on investment in Amazon"s enterprise-wide Salesforce deployments.

    We are a tight-knit team of builders who own systems end-to-end: from real-time log ingestion and security monitoring, to fine-grained access control, to the next generation of AI-powered agentic security tooling.

    As a Sr SDE on SFSC Engineering, you will own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end: from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, and operational excellence. You will mentor engineers, influence technical direction across teams, and build systems that operate at scale with high availability.

    • You are passionate about developing products that scale and perform at high availability and have the customer obsession to build solutions for Amazon fleet.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Responsible for end-to-end design, development, test, implementation of complex problems including planning, risk, trade-offs.
    • Work with engineers, service and security teams to define and deliver complex features.
    • Guide and ensure quality of architectural decisions across products and teams.
    • Help establish the long-term success strategy for team-owned systems, development best practices, and operational excellence processes.
    • Ensure existing platforms and services remain fully supported while contributing to the creation of next generation solutions.
    • Provide technical direction and mentor junior team members.
