Senior Software Engineer, Core Platform

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Full-stack) to build the core foundation of Dexmate’s AI-native SaaS platform—from the product experiences users interact with every day to the backend systems that connect users, agents, data, and robots.

Responsibilities

-Build frontend and backend capabilities for the Dexmate platform and robot management experience.

-Develop identity, authentication, authorization, permissions, and multi-tenant platform services.

-Build collaborative features including shared state, presence, comments, versioning, and real-time interactions.

-Design APIs and action/tool interfaces that allow AI agents to securely interact with platform objects.

-Own features end-to-end across product, backend, data, deployment, and production reliability.

Requirements

-4+ years of full-stack, backend, or platform engineering experience.

-Strong experience with modern web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud systems.

-Proficiency in React/Next.js or similar frontend technologies and one or more backend languages.

-Experience with identity, permissions, collaboration, real-time systems, or SaaS platforms is a plus.

-Strong product judgment and ability to build polished, scalable software in an early-stage environment.
