A fast-growing, venture-funded startup in New York is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join its expanding team. As the company scales rapidly, they are seeking top-tier talent to enhance core products, develop cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to key architectural decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is a fully onsite role requiring candidates to work from the New York office.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, Python, Kotlin.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Participate in architectural decisions to improve system scalability and performance.
Build intuitive, robust user interfaces to enhance the end-user experience.
Qualifications:
4-12 years of professional software development experience.
Expertise in one or more of the following: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Python, Kotlin.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university (e.g., Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley).
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 per year.
