Your Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of creator monetization. Youll take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, work closely with product and design to build intuitive user experiences, and contribute to a product thats scaling fast.

Youll be responsible for:

• Building and scaling user-facing features across our product stack
• Collaborating with product and design to create elegant, human-centered experiences
• Owning projects end-to-endfrom brainstorming through launch and iteration
• Solving deep technical challenges alongside a collaborative, fast-moving team
• Driving innovation in digital ad tech and creator monetization

What Were Looking For
Experience:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong background in building and scaling consumer-facing applications
• Proficiency with React/Next.js on the frontend and Python/Django/Postgres on the backend
• Demonstrated ability to translate UX/UI into clean, functional interfaces
• Track record of shipping production-level software in high-growth or high-scale environments

Nice to Have:

• Background at major tech companies (Google, Meta, Spotify, Airbnb, etc.) or early-stage startups
• Experience as a founding engineer or technical founder
• CS degree from a top-tier university (not required, but a plus)

Work Location
