What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute to the frontend development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Own product areas from initial concept through deployment and iterative improvements.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and system architecture.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions within the team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficient in Python and Django, with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Comfortable working with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS.
• Proven track record of owning features or product areas from design to deployment.

Preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
