What You Will Do
Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python to support business operations.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to refine product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with various services and platforms.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
4–8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on full-stack development.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within the software development or insurance sectors.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-directed.
Preferred
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise software solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $320K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.3%. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team at the forefront of the insurance technology landscape.
