Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services • Lead architectural decisions and technical planning across the stack • Build and enhance user interfaces using React • Develop backend services and APIs using Python or Go • Design and optimize relational database schemas using PostgreSQL • Leverage AWS infrastructure and services to ensure scalability, security, and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development processes • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence • Own features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment and monitoring Requirements: • Education and Experience: o 5+ years of professional software development experience. o Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer contributing to complex projects. o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Technical Expertise: o Strong experience building user interfaces with React o Proficiency in Python or Go for backend development (ideally both) o Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway) o Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL o Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. o Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation) is a plus o Knowledge of software security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding). o Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $92,600.00 - $231,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
