Senior Software Engineer

We’re building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations, with a strong focus on AI and data. The team cares far more about outcomes than specific tools or dogma. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own the software solutions you build end to end: making smart decisions about priorities, thinking ahead about the product roadmap, and designing systems that are both user-centric and highly scalable.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and be involved well beyond just “taking tickets”:

• Helping shape team objectives and priorities

• Participating from the very beginning of product ideation and development

• Driving product discovery and refinement conversations

• Analyzing problems, designing architectures, and proposing pragmatic, high-impact solutions

• Shipping high-quality, well-documented code and ensuring smooth deployments

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field

• 4+ years of professional software development experience shipping production code

• Fluency in one or more backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, or C/C++); experience with Next.js and/or React is a plus

• Experience building, testing, and deploying microservices

• Interest or experience with modern generative AI (proprietary or open-source LLMs) is a plus

• Background in distributed systems; performance optimization experience is a plus

• Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes is a plus

• Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional partners
