About the Role

Join a dynamic enterprise technology team as a Senior Solution Architect, where you will drive the design of scalable Java-based applications critical to business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to architect robust solutions that power enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a high-impact, design-centric position for candidates with a proven Java background and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into cohesive application architectures and technical roadmaps
• Lead the production of technical specifications, solution diagrams, and comprehensive documentation
• Establish and enforce development standards and architectural guidelines
• Evaluate integration needs and system dependencies across enterprise projects
• Provide architectural oversight and review technical implementations
• Support project planning activities and guide technology modernization efforts
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering with a deep focus on Java and Spring Boot
• Demonstrated expertise in designing enterprise-grade applications and system integrations
• Proven ability to lead technical design efforts and collaborate with architects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders
• Strong documentation and solution diagramming capabilities
