Senior Solutions Architect - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for a contract to hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH.

Compensation: $88.00 - $98.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role is central to a Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation initiative, where the architect will translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead solution design across project teams, working closely with Product and Delivery leaders. The position involves significant work with Salesforce, requiring a strong understanding of its functional and architectural components, as well as experience with cloud platforms and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take primary responsibility for the conceptual architecture that delivers business objectives
• Work with Product teams to understand business goals, determine impacts, and apply enterprise patterns
• Create the architecture for integrations, ensuring buy-in from impacted teams and completing governance
• Identify and address architecture risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints related to scope, schedule, resources, and technology
• Define Architecture Strategy to support business segment goals by developing roadmaps
• Assist business areas in enhancing processes using technology, such as automating manual tasks
• Analyze current technologies and determine ways to improve
• Mentor and help build the architecture community, updating and creating standards and patterns
• Document all solution architecture design and analysis work

Primary Requirements:

• Knowledge of major Salesforce functional and architectural components
  • Clouds (ex. Sales, Service, Agentforce)
  • Platform/Data components (ex. Customer 360, Data 360)
  • Development tools (ex. Apex, Lightning Web Components)
  • Core Data Objects (standard vs custom objects)
• Experience designing solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms
• Experience with AI Solutions, including evaluating and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Experience in software engineering and architecture design
• Exposure to multiple technical environments
• Agile experience
• Ability to partner across Product, Delivery, Domain Architecture, and technical SMEs
• Operates effectively as architecture patterns, governance processes, and tooling evolve
• Navigates uncertainty and advances work without waiting for every detail to be resolved

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and AWS is preferred
• Experience with hands-on AI, using AI-assisted tools to improve architecture processes
• Banking experience
