Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Test Management to lead and optimize testing processes

Job Description

Lead the planning coordination and execution of test management activities across projects Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define test requirements and deliverables Monitor and report on test progress metrics and outcomes to stakeholders Utilize test management tools to track defects test cases and overall testing lifecycle Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and mentor testing teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance Coordinate with project managers developers and business analysts to align testing efforts with project goals Oversee the creation review and maintenance of test plans test cases and test scripts Identify risks issues and dependencies related to testing activities and propose mitigation strategies Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of critical issues Conduct test reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in test management to drive innovation
