Key Accountabilities:

• Financial Cycle Management:<\/b> Orchestrate key aspects of the monthly and quarterly financial close, encompassing complex journal entries, inter company reconciliations, and detailed balance sheet analyses specific to E&P operations.

• Revenue & Joint Venture Accounting Support:<\/b> Assist in the reconciliation and analysis of oil, gas, and NGL revenues, and provide support for joint interest billing (JIB) and royalty payments.

• Cash & Treasury Operations:<\/b> Monitor and reconcile cash flow activities, manage banking relationships, and oversee corporate credit card administration, ensuring optimal liquidity and control.

• Accounts Payable Process Ownership:<\/b> Act as a central point of contact for vendor inquiries and outsourced accounts payable functions, validating invoice accuracy and ensuring timely and correctly coded disbursements.

• Compliance & Audit Liaison:<\/b> Uphold stringent adherence to U.S. GAAP standards, facilitate annual financial audits, and contribute to the precision of internal reporting for management and and regulatory bodies.
