RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT
- The Senior Staff Accountant will maintain accurate accounting records, financial reporting, and management information
- The Senior Staff Accountant will evaluate and improve financial systems, procedures, planning processes, and internal controls
- Support cash flow management including receivables, collections, payables, and disbursements
- Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams while supporting audits and compliance requirements
- Complete required administrative work and support employee performance review processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Five or more years of industrial accounting experience within manufacturing
- Experienced with month-end, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
Salary is $80-$100k, DOE
