Key Responsibilities



  • Lead full-cycle accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, and cash management for multiple entities

  • Partner directly with executive leadership on financial reporting, planning, and operational initiatives

  • Prepare board meeting materials, executive reports, shareholder communications, and other confidential financial documentation

  • Coordinate tax-related information and work closely with external partners as needed

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and executive information

  • Support process improvements, technology initiatives, and ongoing modernization of accounting operations

  • Build strong relationships across departments while serving as a trusted resource for leadership



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience supporting executive leadership in a high-visibility environment

  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and organizational information

  • Experience with multi-entity accounting and cash management preferred

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence to interact confidently with senior leadership and board members

  • A servant-minded, relationship-focused professional who leads with humility, professionalism, and discretion

  • Experience working in a nonprofit, faith-based, family office, private investment, or similarly relationship-driven organization is highly preferred
