Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Ecosystem & Connectors

Who were looking forWere looking for a senior engineer who is energized by connecting systems and solving problems for customers. Youll join the Ecosystem & Connectors team, which brings Supio together with the case and practice management platforms law firms rely on every day. Youll own integrations and partnerships end to end, work alongside engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, and show up with a sense of urgency and a focus on fixing the problem.What youll buildOwn and Deliver: Take full ownership of a defined area, such as a partner integration or a set of connectors. Keep it reliable, resolve issues quickly, and move it forward with new capabilitiesConnect Disparate Systems: Design and build API integrations that bring Supio and multiple third-party case and practice management systems together into one seamless experience for law firmsBuild for Everyone: Create holistic, reusable solutions that work for every customer. Reduce error rates and improve the quality of data flowing between systemsPartner with Customers: Join customer and partner conversations, present your work, and translate real-world feedback into fixes and features that make a measurable differenceBuild with AI: Use agentic development tools as a core part of how you design, build, and ship, and help expose Supios integrations in new ways, including over MCPCollaborate and Improve: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to prioritize the work that matters, and raise the bar on how the team builds and operatesQualificationsExperience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production API integrations across multiple systemsEducation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python. Experience with Golang, Node.js, and Postgres is a plusAgentic Development: Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and tools to build and ship softwareIntegration Expertise: Experience designing, building, and debugging integrations that connect two or more disparate systems, including REST APIs, authentication, and data synchronizationCustomer Focus: Comfortable talking directly with customers and partners, including presenting demos and walking through technical topics with confidenceOwnership and Urgency: A track record of taking responsibility, treating customer issues as urgent, and resolving problems without finger-pointingProblem Solving: Ability to work through ambiguous, real-world problems and deliver solutions that scale beyond a single use caseNice-to-havesExperience with legal case management or practice management systems (for example Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, Litify etc.)Experience with document management systems and file syncExperience managing technical partner relationships or partner-facing integrationsStartup or high-growth company experienceCompensationAs an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.Base Salary by Level and LocationSenior Software EngineerSan Francisco: $190,000 - $240,000 annuallySeattle: $180,000 - $230,000 annuallyStaff Software EngineerSan Francisco: $230,000 - $270,000 annuallySeattle: $220,000 - $250,000 annuallyThis role is open at both the Senior and Staff levels. Final level, and therefore final compensation, is determined during the interview process based on the scope, depth, and impact demonstrated by the candidate.
