What You Will Do

• Design and implement robust backend systems using TypeScript and NodeJS to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into the existing architecture.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring high availability for users.
• Contribute to the development of user-facing features utilizing React and Next.js.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on TypeScript and NodeJS.
• Proven track record in building scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including React and Next.js.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and working with Temporal or similar frameworks.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
• Experience in the government or defense sector, particularly with compliance and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits
