The Strategy Program Management Team is responsible for the tracking and execution of opportunities to drive growth and/or strategic initiatives. The team is the primary driver in harmonization efforts across the enterprise for strategy execution.
As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making processes. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to influence key business decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in performing quantitative analysis, developing business strategies, and working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint; advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
Ability to synthesize data and insights to develop clear, actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior executives clearly and concisely.
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Analyze business performance, financial data, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
Develop strategic frameworks, financial models, and presentations to support executive-level decision-making.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives, including feasibility assessments and ROI projections.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings, board presentations, and investor communications.
Provide recommendations to executives on business strategies, investment opportunities, and other critical decisions.
Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance and strategy execution.
