Title:  Sr. Structural Engineer
Salary: $130k-$150k (DPOE) + benefits 
Locations: Appleton, WI or Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Hybrid / 4 days a week in office

What You’ll Be Working On

• Design structural systems including foundations, buildings, and equipment supports
• Perform structural calculations, load, and vibration analysis
• Develop engineering reports, design criteria, and construction documents
• Oversee drawing production and support CAD/Revit modeling
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams
• Review contractor work to ensure structural integrity and compliance
• Support permitting and evaluate geotechnical data
• Assist with managing structural scopes on capital projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license 
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Industrial or manufacturing project experience preferred
• Proficiency in STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Experience with steel and concrete design
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively
