Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion
- Develop and review engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee engineering quality control
- Support the team in solving complex engineering challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- PE or SE 6+ Yrs
- Proven experience in structural engineering with residenstial and commercial buildinhg
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in relevant structural design software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
