    Welcome to the next level.
We don't just engineer buildings—we shape skylines, strengthen communities, and mentor the next generation of talent. And now, we're looking for a Structural Senior Project Engineer to help lead the charge on impactful projects across the country.

National Footprint: Projects across the U.S., grounded in the spirit of Colorado.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
    • Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
    • Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
    • Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
    • Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
    What You Bring

PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
8+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience managing design + construction phases
Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI

    Perks + Culture

    • Competitive salary + performance bonuses: Base of $90k - $130k/annual dependent on experience
    • Full health benefits, 401(k) with company match
    • Professional development allowance
    • Dog-friendly office
    • A team that actually supports each other

    Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
