What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
  • Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
  • Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
  • Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
  • Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
What You Bring
PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus) 8+ years of structural engineering experience Experience managing design+ construction phases Technical expertise in structural systems and materials Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
