Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent will report to Construction Leadership and serve as the on-site leader responsible for the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Drive project scheduling, sequencing, and daily construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues, risks, and operational challenges.
• Support project closeout activities, commissioning efforts, and client handover processes.

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent, Superintendent, or comparable construction leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
• Experience leading subcontractor coordination and field operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Strong commitment to safety, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.
