Job Details

• Title: Senior Superintendent
• Location: Charleston, SC (on-site)
• Projects: $25M+ ground-up healthcare, higher ed and commercial
• Experience: 7+ years as a commercial superintendent with a general contractor
• Ideal background: healthcare or occupied-facility work, concrete and steel structures, and building envelope know-how
• Certifications: OSHA 30 required; ICRA a plus
• Compensation: competitive base plus bonus, depending on experience
