Senior Superintendent - Class A Office
Lead all on-site construction operations from project startup through turnover. Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet milestone commitments. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and site requirements. Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, productivity, and progress. Facilitate subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and material coordination. Identify and resolve field issues before impacting schedule or budget. Oversee punch list activities, commissioning support, and project closeout. Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

A successful Senior Superintendent - Class A Office should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field operations. Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades and maintaining project momentum. Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality control. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and leadership skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams. Experience delivering projects from groundbreaking through completion. Additional experience with complex or large-scale commercial projects is advantageous.
