Description

The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of field operations and work closely with project leadership to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, schedules, logistics, and project sequencing
• Drive adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Identify potential construction challenges early and implement practical solutions
• Maintain accurate field documentation and communicate project progress effectively
• Mentor field personnel while building a collaborative, accountable site culture

Profile

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent with a general contractor
• Strong track record delivering commercial construction projects
• Experience across sectors such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, education, mission critical, or similar commercial projects
• Excellent subcontractor management and construction scheduling skills
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, safety, and quality control
• Comfortable utilizing standard construction management and scheduling software
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Desire to continue developing professionally and contribute ideas that improve project delivery

Job Offer

• $140,000 - $155,000 base salary
