Job Description
The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of field operations and work closely with project leadership to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, schedules, logistics, and project sequencing
- Drive adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
- Identify potential construction challenges early and implement practical solutions
- Maintain accurate field documentation and communicate project progress effectively
- Mentor field personnel while building a collaborative, accountable site culture

The Successful Applicant
For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent with a general contractor
- Strong track record delivering commercial construction projects
- Experience across sectors such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, education, mission critical, or similar commercial projects
- Excellent subcontractor management and construction scheduling skills
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, safety, and quality control
- Comfortable utilizing standard construction management and scheduling software
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Desire to continue developing professionally and contribute ideas that improve project delivery
