Key Responsibilities
As the Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution across multiple projects. You will play a critical role in driving schedules, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Lead day-to-day onsite construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
- Develop, manage, and drive project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, or challenges
- Contribute to a collaborative project environment, supporting continuous improvement in scheduling and execution
Profile
The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or ground-up construction
- Experience delivering projects such as self storage, light commercial, multifamily, or similar asset classes
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools, ideally Microsoft Project
- Proven ability to drive project timelines and hold teams accountable to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to documentation and paperwork
- A team-oriented mindset with a modern, collaborative approach (not a traditional "old-school" style)
- Willingness to travel regionally as required (though projects are largely local)
