Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction Work

As a Senior Superintendent in Quincy, you will oversee construction activities for a property company and keep work moving safely, on schedule, and to plan. You will coordinate site work across the construction department and provide clear day-to-day direction for project delivery.

Description

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep projects aligned with approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain steady project progress.
• Review project drawings and work plans to guide field execution and address issues promptly.
• Monitor site conditions and work quality to support accurate, consistent construction results.
• Track project schedules and communicate updates to keep key work activities on time.
• Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices and addressing hazards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep crews prepared for planned work.
• Document site progress, changes, and project updates for clear communication with project stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
