Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through project completion. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Drive site safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements. Oversee project scheduling and short-term planning activities to maintain delivery targets. Ensure quality control standards are consistently achieved across all phases of construction. Collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and client representatives to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Mentor and develop field teams while fostering a positive, team-oriented site culture.

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking: Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. Previous mission-critical, data centre, healthcare, industrial, or complex commercial project experience preferred. Strong track record managing large subcontractor workforces and multiple project phases simultaneously. Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, sequencing, quality management, and site logistics. Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression. A collaborative, team-first mindset with a desire to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation. Willingness to travel for onboarding and future project opportunities if required.
