Key Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site construction activities from start to completion.

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers.

• Anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.

• Monitor productivity and costs to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction leadership on high-rise, multifamily, or hospitality projects.

• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale towers.

• Expertise in sequencing, safety, and vertical construction methods.
