Senior Superintendent - Life Sciences Construction

Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Lead all onsite construction operations from project startup through closeout
• Develop and maintain master project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
• Drive site safety culture and OSHA compliance
• Manage project logistics, phasing, and sequencing plans
• Conduct owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Oversee quality control, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Coordinate complex MEP systems, process piping, clean rooms, laboratory infrastructure, and specialty equipment installations
• Partner closely with Project Management regarding procurement, budgets, forecasting, and change management
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards

An outstanding Senior Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with significant Superintendent leadership experience
• Proven success delivering ground-up and/or complex tenant improvement projects
• Strong background in scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Laboratory Construction
• HCAI / OSHPD Healthcare Facilities
• Clean Rooms & cGMP Environments
