Senior Superintendent - Orlando Correctional Facility

* Lead all on-site construction activities for a $130M correctional facility project
* Manage project execution from earthwork and structures through commissioning and turnover
* Develop and maintain master schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics plans
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are achieved throughout construction

* Proven experience as Lead Superintendent on a ground-up correctional facility project valued at $80M+
* Direct GC-side experience managing projects from start to finish
* Background delivering prison, jail, detention center, or correctional facilities
* Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
* Florida construction experience preferred; precast and modular cell installation experience highly valued
