Senior Superintendent
Our client is a fully integrated North American real estate developer, builder, and property manager with more than 50 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects across major markets including Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, and Vancouver.
Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve construction challenges. Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets established standards. Facilitate regular site meetings to communicate progress and expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Strong experience in construction management, particularly within the real estate development sector. Excellent knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Proficiency in coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 USD. Car allowance to support your commute and on-site visits. Company-provided gas card for work-related travel. 401(k) plan to help secure your future.
