Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• System Ownership: Serve as the senior in-house administrator, taking full ownership of our complex NetSuite OneWorld environment, system enhancements, and day-to-day user support.

 

• Financial Systems Optimization: Partner with Finance to configure and optimize core modules, covering GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting.

 

• Integration Management: Oversee and troubleshoot critical NetSuite integrations involving platforms like Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Shopify, and other finance applications.

 

• Project Lifecycle & UAT: Drive system enhancements from end to end—including requirements gathering, data mapping, functional testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.

 

• Architecture & Customization: Develop and maintain complex SuiteFlows (workflows), custom records, fields, and advanced Saved Searches to automate and improve business processes.

 

• Governance & Compliance: Manage advanced role-based permissions, user access, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) to ensure strict alignment with SOX requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC).

 

• Environment Management: Execute sandbox refreshes, bundle installations, complex mass data imports/exports (CSV), and rigorous testing during bi-annual Release Previews.

 

• Mentorship & Documentation: Mentor junior administrators, cross-train IT staff, and document system architecture, SOPs, and runbooks.

Qualifications:

More About You:

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated NetSuite Administration experience in senior, in-house financial systems roles.

 

• ERP Implementation: Proven track record acting as a key technical resource in full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including direct experience migrating from legacy systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics SL) to NetSuite.

 

• Financial Acumen: Deep functional understanding of accounting principles and NetSuite OneWorld to effectively partner with finance stakeholders.

 

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, iPaaS integration tools (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft), and automated SuiteFlows.

 

• Scripting Knowledge: Working knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) and SuiteTalk to troubleshoot code, manage deployments, and partner effectively with developers.

 

• Security & Compliance: Deep knowledge of NetSuite security governance, SSO implementation, IAM, and SOX compliance.

 

• Communication: Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills; able to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

 

• Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification is strongly preferred.
